If you have made the purchase via our online portal, cash is not accepted. However you can visit our office in Gold Souk Dubai to get acquainted with the range of the metal for sale, as well as jewellery collection and pay cash for any spot purchases.

The 3% surcharge is due to the priority handling of your order. This allows for your payment to arrive instantly as opposed to wire transfers taking upto 2-3 days to reach us. This allows us to approve your orders instantly and thus prevent any price fluctuations.

Your order won't be validated if VK Kohinoor hasn't received the full amount. All banking or commissions fees, as well as currencies rate, are borne by the Customer.
