After Delivery, no return or exchange will be accepted unless expressly accepted in writing by VK KOHINOOR GROUP DMCC. If VK KOHINOOR GROUP DMCC agrees to do so, such exchange must be made within seven (7) working Days from the date the customer receives confirmation that the return is accepted. After this date, any return not accepted by VK Kohinoor Group DMCC will be considered as refused by VK Kohinoor Group DMCC. The return must be made using the original packaging, against signature. The customer is responsible for the risk of loss during the return shipment and for all the costs related to the return.
